Job Purpose

Customer Service Advisors

Start dates throughout November/ December 2017

Salary: £15,057 rising to £16,500 within 18 months

 

Our Customer Service Advisors are the face and, more importantly, the voice of our business when it comes to dealing with our customers. At Ageas, we are focused on providing second to none customer service and this is where you come in! We offer a busy, fast paced environment where our employees can grow and develop within their chosen role.

 

Our Advisors in our Sales and Service Centre provide support to our customers on their car or home insurance products. Don’t worry if Insurance seems scary to you, within the first 4 weeks we offer you fully paid training that gives you the skills to ‘Make Insurance Easy’ for all our customers and you will be equipped with the tools to offer the right solutions.

 

The role: Take incoming calls from our customers in relation to any service or new sale enquiry, providing excellent customer service on each and every occasion, supporting the customer at all levels of enquiry from initially taking out an insurance policy to assisting with an enquiry or change on their policy. Your main task is to put our customers first, giving each enquiry the care, attention and time that are needed to ensure we provide the best outcome and matching our products to their requirements.
