HR Business Partner: We’re looking for a commercially focused HR Business Partner to support our leaders in the implementation of their people agenda, in devising plans for HR business solutions that meet their needs and to coordinate people processes. You’ll be responsible for managing an HR Advisor and leading on delivering operational day to day requirements including employee relations and employee retention activity.
Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, you’ll be part of a team of HR Business Partners based across multiple Ageas UK sites. As well as partnering your dedicated account area, you’ll also work with other members of HR to implement UK-wide projects. As such, travel to other Ageas locations will be required in this role.
