Job Purpose

Aggregator Channel Manager: In this highly commercial role you’ll be working with cross functional teams and external partners to set and develop business plans that optimise the trading performance of Ageas’s aggregator channel. Following the deployment of a number of large projects over the past 2 years, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Aggregator Channel Manager to join our business and positively influence and deliver our strategy of sustainable growth in the Aggregator Market in 2018 and beyond.  


With a strong background in the aggregator market, your challenge is to develop, enhance existing and implement new optimisation plans to achieve targeted sales volume through a positive LTV and build strong working relationships with aggregator partners to make sure Ageas is seen as a partner of choice.


Influencing pricing, underwriting, operational, product and promotional decisions, you’ll independently identity, assess and produce recommendations to optimise the aggregator channel through scenario modelling, using MI for channel insight, monitoring and forecasting. The goal is to optimise the end to end sales funnel and customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention delivering policy volume and income that drives sustainable profitability.


Key to your success in this Aggregator Channel Manager opportunity will be your experience in:

  • Having expert knowledge and experience of managing an online aggregator channel and relationships within insurance.
  • A wealth of experience at a significant level within a sales or commercially focused role.
  • A well-defined digital marketing background, operating at a high level.
  • Experience of managing and repositioning multiple brands on aggregator channels.
  • An understanding and awareness of consumer, technology and market trends with good technical awareness and ability to challenge and provide solutions.
  • Proven commercial experience working alongside senior stakeholders, suppliers and specialist teams in managing and launching new income and profit initiatives that drive sustainable growth.
  • Highly analytical and articulate with experience of building models, analysis of large volumes of MI and forecasting and planning.
  • Confidence in production and delivery of business plans that will be articulated in meetings and through presentations to senior leadership teams, external suppliers and operational teams.
