Aggregator Channel Manager: In this highly commercial role you’ll be working with cross functional teams and external partners to set and develop business plans that optimise the trading performance of Ageas’s aggregator channel. Following the deployment of a number of large projects over the past 2 years, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Aggregator Channel Manager to join our business and positively influence and deliver our strategy of sustainable growth in the Aggregator Market in 2018 and beyond.
With a strong background in the aggregator market, your challenge is to develop, enhance existing and implement new optimisation plans to achieve targeted sales volume through a positive LTV and build strong working relationships with aggregator partners to make sure Ageas is seen as a partner of choice.
Influencing pricing, underwriting, operational, product and promotional decisions, you’ll independently identity, assess and produce recommendations to optimise the aggregator channel through scenario modelling, using MI for channel insight, monitoring and forecasting. The goal is to optimise the end to end sales funnel and customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention delivering policy volume and income that drives sustainable profitability.
