    Customer Service Consultant: Customer Services based in Eastleigh: When our customers need to talk to us about their home or car insurance our Customer Service Consultants are there to make insurance easy by offering the right solutions and support there and then. This Customer Service Consultant opportunity is about taking insurance calls from customers about their existing insurance policy and your role is about finding the best solution to any problems they may have, or make changes to their policy like a change of address, or adding on valuables.

    We provide you with 4 weeks paid training to become a Customer Service Consultant and continue to support your developing career so that you progress to earning 3 pay increases within the first 18 months. At Ageas, our Customer Service centres are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. This means our Customer Service Consultants have a flexible approach to working their 37.5 hour week over a shift pattern basis and work one in three Saturdays. This way we continue to provide a first class service to our customers.
