Team Leader: Due to growth Ageas have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our Underwriting Insurance Service Team in Eastleigh. Our Personal Lines Underwriting Service (PLUS) department is responsible for providing support for Underwriting and Claims referrals and processing provision to Ageas customers including Broke base and Affinity Insurance policyholders. The department also handle processes and referrals on selected intermediaries who have fully delegated authority to sell and administer Ageas policies.
As a Team Leader you will manage all aspects of customer service and delivery of KPIs within the department you will produce timely, accurate reports on all aspects of workflow and department performance. In addition you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of full training, coaching and development of the department as well as conducting team 1-2-1s, annual and half yearly performance reviews with all members of your team.
