    • Understanding of the online sales and service performance, tracking the impact of changes delivered on the performance metrics.

To be successful in your Digital Change Consultant role, you will need:

    • Experience and confidence in defining business requirements and managing change processes in a customer facing online role.
    • Ability to work independently and on own initiative with minimal guidance.
    • Analytical experience with the ability to interpret results and drive action.
    • Determination to deliver with a proactive, creative approach to development and problem-solving.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly articulate and document rationale and planning.
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with both Internal and External Stakeholders.
